AFC Poker Club is primarily a place for friends to connect and keep in touch.
As covered in our About page, it’s not actually about poker at all. The poker game is just the campfire around which we gather, have fun, keep in touch and try and out-smart one another.
Alongside the game we have a video call which is very social and where people look forward to catching up with each other every week.
The game and how we get together has evolved through different phases and been refined, and these days, it’s even more beginner/newcomer friendly as you can try it out absolutely free (or pay to play a single fee of £3, no additional fees, no ‘rake’ & also no substractions when it comes to prize money which is shared out 100% from the kitty among the paid places)..
The games run every Saturday at 8pm GMT.
Joining the club doesn’t oblige you to play any games, it just gives you the option to as and when you want to.
How to Join
Well, you can actually request to join a game by clicking on the ‘*** Join here ***’ link at the top right of the wesite. This link takes you to the ‘Upcoming Games‘ page where you can request a seat in any of the upcoming games in advance. Once part of the community this is where you will be able to go at any tme to register for any games you like – it’s a very simple process.
The first time though (in order to be accepted to the table), please introduce yourself by filling out the form below (along with any other enquiries you have about the game or the community).
