Jitsi Calls
Every week alongside our poker game we have a Jitsi video call (like a Zoom call) where we get to see and chat to each other whilst we play.
Adding this to the game has made a huge difference to the experience, making it much more social and much more fun. In fact occasionally when players join the game late and miss the late registration they often still join the video call to catch up and chat to the other players.
When you join AFC Poker Club you will also be invited to join the Video Call.
You don’t have to but it’s a great way to get the best social aspect out of the game. So you can:
- Play poker only (for those shy types who just want to play poker)
- Play poker and join the Video call (recommended)
- Join the Video call only (for those who aren’t keen on poker)
